Pets Are Family. Of Course They're Invited.
Dogs have walked down our aisle as flower girls and ring bearers.
They've posed for portraits with the wedding party, worn custom floral collars, greeted guests during cocktail hour, and even stayed for the entire reception.
Truthfully, we've seen just about every way a couple can include their pet in their wedding day, and we're always excited to be part of it.
If your pet is part of your family, it makes perfect sense to want them there.
They Can Be as Involved as You'd Like
Some couples only want a few portraits before the ceremony.
Others have their dog walk down the aisle before heading home with a family member.
Some keep them around through cocktail hour, and we've even had a few furry guests stick around for the reception.
There isn't a right or wrong way to include your pet. It all comes down to what works best for you and what your pet is comfortable with.
Don't Forget the Details
One of our favorite touches is incorporating your pet into the overall wedding design.
Our in-house floral team has created floral collars, greenery accents, and custom pieces that coordinate beautifully with bouquets and ceremony flowers.
They're little details, but they make your photos feel even more personal.
A Few Things to Plan Ahead
To keep everyone safe and comfortable, we ask that all pets remain on a leash while they're on the property and have someone dedicated to caring for them throughout the event.
That person can help with walks, water, photos, and anything else your pet might need while you're busy enjoying your wedding day.
Many couples also choose to have someone take their pet home after portraits or the ceremony, while others bring a crate so they have a quiet place to rest between appearances.
A little planning goes a long way.
Yes... Cats Are Welcome Too
Dogs may be our most frequent wedding guests, but they aren't the only ones.
If your cat is comfortable traveling and being around new people, we'd be happy to welcome them too. Just like our canine guests, we ask that they remain leashed or safely secured while they're on the property.
Your Wedding Should Feel Like Yours
We've always believed the best weddings reflect the couple getting married.
Sometimes that means a live band.
Sometimes it means breakfast for dinner.
Sometimes it means your golden retriever walking down the aisle wearing a floral collar.
If including your pet is part of the day you've been dreaming about, we're all for it. Let us know what you're envisioning, and we'll help make it happen.
