The Basics

Reservation fee is required to secure date; Venue rental fee is due 6 months prior to event. Finalization of plan is due 30 days before event. Final balance is due 2 weeks prior to event.

We can host up to 200 people on the property at one time.

Even if you have 10 guests on the property, our minimum requirement to book the venue for a wedding or ceremony is 25 guests.

The original contract signee must provide written notification, as stated in the terms. Please note that all fees paid are non-refundable.

Vendors & Photos

Floral, décor, catering and all beverages are provided through Gabrella Manor. Outside vendors are welcome for entertainment, photography, cakes, and more — prior notification and approval of vendors is required.

Wedding packages include complimentary photo sessions, while individual photo shoots begin at a rate of $375 for 2 hours and up to 25 people (subject to venue availability).
Bar & Safety

We offer a wide selection of domestic and local beers, wine, and liquor. Alcohol must be purchased and distributed through Gabrella Manor per our ABC license and insurance.

No. All alcohol on Gabrella Manor property must be purchased and distributed through our bartender during reception hours only, with a security officer on duty.

No. Alcohol may not be removed from the property.

Yes. Any event with alcohol requires security officers on site per city regulations. This is included in the cost, so there's nothing extra for you to arrange.
Day-Of Details

No need to worry — the Pavilion serves as our built-in rain plan. It's a permanent, covered structure that can host your ceremony and reception for up to 200 guests, open-air in warm weather and enclosed and heated in winter, so your day goes on rain or shine.

Yes, per Birmingham noise ordinances, music must end by 10 PM on weeknights and 11 PM on weekends.

We don't allow fake send-off products like faux flower petals or confetti that isn't biodegradable — anything used for send-offs or décor should be kind to the property and grounds.
Your Guests

Yes — parking is self-serve, with the option to bring in valet service if you'd like that added touch. There's a shaded walkway from the back parking lot, plus a drop-off spot right in the front driveway for guests who need it.

Yes, if needed. Vehicles should be picked up the following day and left locked overnight — please note Gabrella Manor is not responsible for vehicles left on the property.

For the most part, yes. The only areas that aren't accessible are the lower level of the Great Room and the upstairs getting-ready rooms — everywhere else on the property is accessible.

Yes. We have two main getting-ready areas upstairs, with an additional in-between space that works well for family members.

Always! We just ask that they're watched closely throughout the entirety of the event.

Yes — we love pets and they're welcome in the home! Carriers may be brought in, and we just ask that pets have a handler and stay on a leash while on the property.
