We’re proud to announce the official launch of our in-house catering services at Gabrella Manor—a meaningful addition to our commitment to providing seamless, full-service events.

Debuted during our Summer Social on June 6, 2025, this expansion includes a fully staffed culinary team led by our newly appointed catering manager and assistant manager. Each member of our team brings professionalism, experience, and a deep understanding of what it takes to serve with consistency, care, and attention to detail.

Our menu was thoughtfully crafted to offer a wide variety of options to suit each couple’s unique needs and vision. From buffet-style dinners to themed stations and elevated small bites, every selection is made with quality and guest experience in mind. We’re also happy to accommodate custom requests and add-on items, ensuring flexibility while maintaining the high standards Gabrella Manor is known for.
