1. Are outside vendors allowed?
Outside vendors are not allowed in certain categories: catering, decor, security, bar, and others. Outside providers
may be allowed in other categories (such as musicians and cakes), but do require advance approval and incur the possibility
of additional fees. If all professional services are booked through Gabrella manor, the facility fee is discounted 5%.
2. Payment Schedule? Reservation
Fee is required to secure date and time; this is not refundable; it is transferable to another date; it covers planning and
consultation prior to the event and does not apply towards final bill. Base Facility Fee is due 90 days prior to the
event. Changes to the event order are due 30 days prior; Final Payment is due 14 days prior. A damage deposit
will be included on each final invoice; this is refundable 30 days after event, minus applicable charges.
3. Rain plan? Most events can be
"rearranged" to have all activities held in the pavilion. Our ballroom dance studio is also available for
wedding ceremonies. Additional tenting is available upon request; cost varies. A rain plan will be discussed,
documented, and approved by the client prior to the event.
4. Guest Capacity? Up to 200 guests is best. Up to 300 can be accomodated.
5. Can we serve alcholic beverages?
Gabrella Manor, Inc. is licensed for the sale and service of beer and wine (and champagne!). Brown bagging is strictly
prohibitied. Consumption is restricted to reception or party hours and security is required.
6. Event Staffing? Each package
includes full set-up, clean-up, and during-event service by experienced staff. Each event has an assigned event coordinator
and catering manager. Wedding director is included for on-site ceremonies.
7. Service fees and tips? Service fees apply for catering,
cakes, and bar. Tips are not required.

Cancellation Policy? Gabrella Manor must receive written notification of cancellation or client may be subject
to payment of Facility Fee. All fees are non-refundable, with the exception of the damage deposit. Reservation
Fee may be applied to a different date, subject to availability.
